Description of Work

TECO was engaged by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) to provide survey, mapping, master plan preparation and preliminary designs for buildings and external works for the development of ICPAU land at Lubowa, Wakiso District. The team comprised Planners, an Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Land Surveyor, Land Economist, Environmental Specialist and Water Sanitation specialist. Services included project management covering opening up of boundaries, brief development, outline proposals, scheme design and detailed designs, and preparation of detailed working drawings, specifications and bills of quantities. The proposed development included an administration block, hotel complex and convention centre.
