Description of Work

TECO was engaged by the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) to provide consultancy services for the feasibility study and development of a bankable business plan and detailed designs for the Kachung Vocational Skills Development Facility in Lira District. The team comprised a Business Development Specialist, Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Land Surveyor and ICT Specialist. Services included feasibility studies, business planning, brief development, outline proposals, scheme design and detailed designs, and preparation of detailed working drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and other bidding documents.
