Description of Work

TECO was engaged by the Uganda Investment Authority to provide consultancy services for the MSME Incubation Centre at Kampala Industrial Business Park (KIBP) Namanve. The assignment included a feasibility study, development of a business plan, preparation of technical drawings and tender documents. The team comprised a Business Development Specialist, Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Land Surveyor and ICT Specialist. Services included feasibility studies, business planning, brief development, outline proposals, scheme design and detailed designs; preparation of detailed working drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and other bidding documents; and prequalification of contractors and bid analysis and recommendation for award.
