Description of Work

TECO was engaged by the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) to provide consultancy services for the pre-feasibility study of selected national roads and strategic bridges (LOT 1) across Uganda. The team comprised Civil Engineers, Economists and Sociologists. Key services included traffic demand analysis, preliminary engineering assessments, cost-benefit evaluations to determine project viability, stakeholder consultations, route optimization studies, and environmental and social impact screenings. We also provided recommendations on funding strategies, project prioritization, and risk mitigation measures to support informed decision-making for infrastructure development and investment planning.
