Description of Work

TECO was engaged by Centenary Bank to provide project management for the new headquarters for Centenary Rural Development Bank (CERUDEB — Mapeera House) on Plot 44–46 Kampala Road, Kampala. The team comprised an Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Land Surveyor and ICT Specialist. Services included review of brief development, outline proposals, scheme design and detailed designs; detailed working drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and other bidding documents; prequalification of contractors and bid analysis and recommendation for award; and contract supervision including preparation of interim certificates, instructions and details and Final Account.
