Description of Work

TECO was engaged by the Office of the President (External Security Organisation) to provide consultancy services and supervision of construction of an office block, function hall, gazebo and guards' unit at Plot 49 Block 237, Kyadondo, Kampala. The multidisciplinary team included a Team Leader, Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Land Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, ICT Specialist, Environmentalist, and Roads/Highways and Pavement Engineers. Services comprised provision of technical and project management support, supervision of construction works and defects liability.
