TECO was engaged by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development to provide consultancy services for the designing and upgrading of the Nakasongola Strategic Fuel Reserves in Nakasongola District. The team comprised a Petroleum Engineer, Petroleum Facilities Management Expert, Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, and Land Surveyor. Services included structural analysis of tanks, geotechnical investigations, site layout plans, brief development, outline proposals, scheme design and detailed designs; preparation of detailed working drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and other bidding documents; and fuel demand and market analysis.
