TECO was engaged by the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) to provide design and construction supervision of the NWSC headquarters office building in Nakasero, Kampala. The team comprised an Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, and a Quantity Surveyor. Services included project management covering preparation of designs and contract supervision: preparation of interim certificates, instructions and details, and Final Account.
