Description of Work

TECO was engaged by the Ministry of Finance, Planning & Economic Development (FINMAP) to provide supervision of construction of the proposed new office building for the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) in Mbarara. The team comprised an Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, and a Quantity Surveyor. Services included project management covering review of designs and contract supervision: preparation of interim certificates, instructions and details, and Final Account.
