Description of Work

TECO was engaged by the Uganda Free Zones Authority (UFZA) to provide consultancy services for the proposed free zone at Entebbe International Airport, Entebbe. The assignment included a feasibility study, development of a master plan, architectural and engineering designs, bills of quantities and in-house cost estimates, and environmental and social impact assessment. Key services included survey and mapping, master plan development, detailed architectural and engineering designs of buildings and road designs for the UFZA Entebbe Airport free zone, site investigations, and detailed designs and cost estimates. The multidisciplinary team comprised a Physical Planner, Infrastructure Finance Specialist, Architect, Structural & Civil Engineers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Land Surveyor, Financial Analyst, and ICT Specialist.
