2 Architectural Design is carried out in 3 Phases:

Phase i   Design and specifications

     Stage 3         Scheme designs (working drawings)

     Stage 4         Detailed Designs, Bills of Quantities and Tender Documentation

Phase ii   Technical Assistance during Tender Action

Phase iii   Construction supervision and Project Management

     Stage 1         Construction Supervision

     Stage 2         Defects Liability Period 

The methodology adopted, tasks and activities to be done in each stage are outlined below.

Phase i: Design and Specifications

a)         Mobilization

b)         Stage 1 – Feasibility Planning

c)         Stage 2 – Preliminary (Outline) Design Stage

·         Obtain approval from the Client for the preliminary (outline) designs

d)         Stage 3 -Scheme Design Stage

e)         Stage 4 – Detailed Design Stage
